The Chanting and Meditation evening is a short pause in your month. Helf an hour of chanting followed by silent meditation. Chanting is a particular way of being aware of your breathing. You become the instrument and your chanting is a preparation for entering that deep refreshing stillness within you. The Breathing Circle is a longer experience of meditation on the chakra centres and an exploration of the power of conscious connected breathing to take the internal pressure off, gaining insight and feeling refreshed.
