There are many ways of becoming aware of the breath and using that awareness to manage personal stress and develop a connection with that which is greater than us. Ann Harrison founder of the Millthorpe Meditation Centre has been working consciously with the breath in this way for more than thirty years, using it in stress management trainings, meditation, personal growth courses and Breathwork trainings.
